The Sherman family has been an integral part of the Raleigh Hills community for over 60 years. Our father, Bill Sherman, along with our mother, Dianne, initially established our business as an insurance agency, which later transitioned into real estate. We are honored to continue their legacy through Sherman Family Properties. Our focus is on local residential, retail, and office properties, including a few delightful vacation spots in Palm Springs. Our passion lies in serving people, particularly small business owners, by providing exceptional service and support to our tenants. We aim to offer quality rental and leased spaces at excellent value.
Our family is also committed to contributing to the community through volunteer work and leadership. Some of our notable projects include The Raleigh Park Garden Tour, aimed at beautifying public spaces and fostering community connections. The Raleigh Hills Business Association, situated in our work and residential area, connects us with other businesses and enhances the success of our community and tenants. We are active in their School Supply Drive and Shop with a Cop programs.
We are grateful for our longstanding presence in this pocket of eastern Washington County and look forward to strengthening ties with local small businesses in the future.
